“First let me say that Dave the owner, is a true legend who went above and beyond to provide me with an A+ service from start to finish!!
They are the first mechanics I have used that confidently know what they are doing when diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs and when they weren't sure, they stopped at nothing to find out. They demonstrated genuine care for their customer needs which you get from the moment you call them up which I find is rare these days.
The repair costs were very reasonable and far cheaper than the Mercedes Main Dealer. For the service I received it was worth every penny!”

“David and his team are the only mechanics I trust. I actually chose MercServices over the Mercedes dealer network for servicing and maintenance, as I knew the job would be done better, cheaper, and only if required. That last bit is important as dealers can try to add “precautionary” work, which is mostly unnecessary.
MercServices recently opened up to working on most brands of cars as well, which was fantastic as they also now look after my 2nd car (Subaru). They’re consultative, and you can expect a call after the initial inspection. This allows you to discuss mechanical issues in detail and your best options - allowing you to manage your budget for repairs. I have high standards and MercSercvices always exceeds my expectations with exceptional service. Highly recommended.”

The service was hassle free and they kept me informed of costs along the way and were very reasonable. Service indicator reset, Digital Service Book completed and car washed and vacuumed as well. Hard to fault. Would definitely recommend this professional friendly garage.”
